Your purchase is eligible for return or exchange if an incorrect product was delivered to you or the product received has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect.

We reserve the sole discretion to provide resolution as we deem fit, given the nature of our products. Refunds will not be offered if the given delivery address is wrong or incomplete, or if there are three failed delivery attempts by our delivery partner.

If your purchase meets the above criteria, please email us at suryansh@zolife.in within 48 hours of delivery with order number and address. Please specify the reason and also send us an image of the product.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to consider any emails or images sent after 48 hrs of the delivery.

In case of a genuine defect, we'd be happy to exchange your product with a replacement or a different product of the same value or refund your order amount within 7-10 working days after the product is picked up from the given address.

We will notify you if we are unable to provide you with a replacement, and thereafter process your refund. Your account will reflect a credit of the paid amount within 7-10 working days.

Please do not accept the order and hand it back to the delivery person if you find that the package has been tampered with.
